If you haven't checked out the Savor the Flavor event held by the Business Alliance, you definitely should! WCTC showcases a great dessert showcase every year. This year I had the privilege to showcase my mille feuille dessert alongside some of my talented classmates.
Pictured is the mille feuille dessert created by yours truly that was showcased in THE FREEMAN paper in Waukesha.
Mille Feuille: Caramelized vanilla puff pastry, vanilla pastry cream, topped with powder sugar and a variety of edible micro flowers.
